Why was HIDDEN VALUE™ created?
HIDDEN VALUE™ was developed by London Osteoporosis Clinic™ through years of work understanding how capability changes over time, and how important signals often remain unnoticed until problems become obvious.
At the London Osteoporosis Clinic™, much of our work involves helping people recognise things that are easily overlooked until they become impossible to ignore.
Over time, we began to notice something else.
Many of the people supporting families, organisations, communities and colleagues were themselves carrying responsibilities, contributions and pressures that were rarely acknowledged.
HIDDEN VALUE™ was created as a simple reflection to make some of those patterns more visible.

From Hidden Value™ to Capability Review™
Hidden Value Review™ helps people notice what may be carrying, constraining or protecting their capability.
Capability Review™ is the next organisational layer: a simple way to understand health, activity, learning, agency, recovery and participation — without turning people into scores or exposing private health information.
